The employees are very helpful and friendly. I recently brought in games to sell and the guy at the counter was very thorough and upfront with how things work. He also did a great job explaining the benefits of the rewards program and walking me through what each level was. They don't give you alot for older games but I understand why, so it's not a deal breaker. I think they are a great place to buy used games and their prices on new games are competitive with other big box stores.

I gave this place a second chance and it wasn't bad. They signed me up with a rewards program and service was good and friendly.

It's the same as all the other Gamestops. One of the employees keeps trying to tell me Gamefly is about to shut down, which is annoying.
