Good place to but consoles and games.  Pretty good prices and a wide variety of games and accessories, and some if the best sevice I've ever had.

Trade in prices suck but that's universal with gamestop. They're pretty cool though.

Bought a game Sunday the 17th of September and didn't like it. So I returned it today Tuesday the 20th of September and they want to give me a $9.00 store credit for an item I paid $29.00 for.  The rude employees told me that they can't give me full credit because it is new. I never asked for a new game. And how is it new when they use the same case I pulled off the shelf and pull the "new" game out of a sleeve.  I'm about done with the rude customer service at this location. The employees used to be cool and nice, not anymore. You know what's sad? I'll write this review and nothing will be done about it.

Very friendly and underpaid staff. I feel sorry for the lack off recognition employees get here and for how they're treated by rude customers. Issues with game returns and store credit have nothing to do with the people at the counter.
