Its has okay survice, when i sell a game to them they give 2 or 4 dollars to mint condition games, its really bad that you sell a game for 20.00 and give it back exactly the same and give back 4.00 dollars, If you thing thats fair then sell your games for 4.00 dollars.

Went today 10/24/17 my son had an issue with his pro card for year's but the employee Luis was very helpful and manage to fix the issue. In the past we had visit different Game Stop locations to see if someone could help us and no one was able to fix the issue ,however the Store Manager Pablo and Luis went above and beyond to make sure the problem was taking care of and in less then 20 min they manage to fix the account . THANK YOU!!

What's not to like. Good service, nice people. There was a few times they didn't have what I needed and had to go to another store.
