Sales person was TOO BUSY trying to persuade me into buying a Cheap Used Controller and a one year membership that HE FORGOT TO PUT MY GAME IN THE CASE!! When I got home I realized that there was no videogame in the case! waste of GAS and time!! Better staff Should be hired! Guess I'm spending my money somewhere else from now on!

Slow, but SUPER thorough! They take GOOD care of you and dont rush you when it's your turn! Gotta be tough to do with people in line giving you the death stare.

Worst, on a weekend a single person working, saw 2 people shoplifting, I walked in 3 times and every time the line was like this, went to other stores to shop, kept coming back, but same thing. Management obviously cares more about saving money on employing more help than actually selling merchandise.
