Went in to try and return a new, unopened Nintendo Switch. Couldn't return it because I needed the debit card that I used that day to purchase it. I had a replacement debit card but they said they needed the original. I called customer service and they gave me 2 options, I could get a refund in a form of a corporate check which would take 20 business days or a gift card which would take 3 days. They said all I had to do was go back to the gamestop and tell them what I wanted which was the corporate check. The cashier and manager had no idea what I was talking about. They were rude and not helpful at al and looked at me like I was lieing. Going to give customer service another call tomorrow. Until then, never shopping at gamestop again.
