They good but they usually don't have what they offer in the paper

This game stop store at charter oak market place phone is not answering my call. I tried 8 times to get through to someone. When it asked me to press 1 to speak to a associate, I press 1, it rings once, then hangs up on me. I purchased drankengard 3. When I got home the game case was in the bag, but the game disc wasn't in the case. This is not right. Watch and make sure these associates are putting the game in the cases before you leave this store, or they will rip you off. They better give me what I purchased when I return or I'm calling the police.

the service ther is cool but there this guy who keeps creaping around outside 
thers also this hot gamer chick there so that will bring me back every month

It just worries me a bit that I, not employed at any game store, (I simply game as a hobby) am more knowledgable than some of the ppl here. Doesnt look right on them if IM assisting a customer with their purchase when it should be them. Maybe I should apply...
