Purchased fencing material at the Anaheim store. Paid extra for delivery. Was given a three hour window. Four hours roll by. Called dispatch. They radioed the driver. Said he would be there in five minutes. 40 more minutes roll by. Called again. Hung up on. Called again. Sent to voicemail. Called again. Bad news... we forgot to put your order on the truck... maybe we can get it there tomorrow.

Half day off work. Lied to. Hung up on. No delivery.

PRO TIP: Pull your heads out of your a** and show some respect for your customers' time.

EVERYTHING a guy could ever need or want. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. INSANELY LARGE SELECTION OF EVERYTHING A WOODWORKER needs. Lots of other stuff too. LOTS!!

Yes, love Ganahl Lumber, been buying construction and trade related products at all their stores for oyer 45 years. Yesterday I had an EMERGENCY SERVICE CALL for a residential entry door break-in and needed a "T" Astragal that no one else stocks and believe me, I need product in a hurry and the much closer big-box stores no longer carry certain products that their computer reports tell them do not generate optimum sales. Marci D. at the Anaheim store took my call, accepted my texted photos of the hardware I needed, checked stock and let me know they had it ! Great job Marci and Ganahl Lumber, I have a happy and secured customer. God bless you all. dwbackstrom
