I have been looking for a particular SUV ...... (X5 BMW) for several weeks in my hometown..... everything is overpriced and not of good quality... while searching the Internet I came across Ganley Chevrolet of Aurora, about 200 miles from me... and there it was ..... what I was looking for, so I inquired. To my surprise a lady name Natalie Caruso answered my email promptly.. She answered my questions, which eased my mind. Two  days later I set an appointment with Natalie  Caruso...to test drive the car. The day before we were to leave... I called the dealership and talk to a car salesman name Isidro Cora..He knew everything about the vehicle and I told him what time I would get there the next day... When I got there the  SUV looked Amazing ..::the paperwork was ready for me and they did a lot of extras on the car...I got the keys and drove out very happy. I recommend this dealership because of quality, prompt service, great prices.... keeping it💯

I actually have leased my car from a different Chevrolet dealership in the area for the past few years and have had a much better experience with Ganley of Aurora in just the first time working with them! I recently found that my car was making odd noises that it had made a year prior and when fixed, my dealership told me it was not safe on the roads as there were issues with the driveshaft bearing. When I called my dealership, they told me they couldn't get me in until the next day even when I told them I didn't feel safe driving it. When I called Ganley Chevy in Aurora, they didn't even hesitate and told me to bring it in, that they would take care of it for me. They had a rental car waiting for me and updated me daily on the progress of my car. I felt heard, genuinely cared about and their personable nature left me feeling satisfied. I will be leasing my next car through them without a doubt!

I really like how Michael took the time to understand what I was looking for. He made me a  good wish list and got the right car. Michael was always responsive via email or text. Holly kept things moving quickly and made the transaction enjoyable. It's a clean dealership and everyone seems to enjoy helping each other out. Nik in finance had the paperwork done quickly and I was in and out faster than I thought.

Ganley Chevrolet in Aurora, Ohio is an outstanding dealership. The staff was very friendly and polite. The men in the services department were willing to help me immediately and take great care of my Chevy Trax. Thank you to James and the rest of the Ganley crew for changing my oil and making my first experience at Ganley Chevrolet amazing! I will definitely be coming back here for any further maintenance.

First time at this dealership...LOVE 💝 IT!! Got the 2018 Equinox! The staff was the friendliest I've ever encountered anywhere!! Plus my friend Ewan Dacers is there... know him for years!!! I mean it was AN EPIC EXPERIENCE!! MY salesman Ken was epic too and so was (forgot names..I suck at that) the finance guy and general manager were awesome!! The place is also super clean and spotless!!
