"Staff was super friendly! I wasn't able to find a pair of denim in my size and the worker referred another style which was better than my original choice. Perfect for Coolidge since there's nothing around but tj maxx." Brookline locals are a bit demanding so I feel bad the way some staff was treated but they were patient.

Well, it's a Gap store, so it has most of the usual. The store is not that big, hence don't expect huge selection, but it's enough for me. Staff is not unfriendly, but they are not the very friendly type. The racks in fitting room are messy, I won't be surprised if this store suffers high inventory theft since clothing are just thrown in a big pile with no one tending to them (probably due to under-staffing). Generally, I do appreciate having a physical store in the neighborhood. My only complaint is, why can't I order online and pickup in store?? Gap's gotta improve on its logistics and backend. This type of online/offline combo service level is pretty much a given for most every stores these days.

Small store with a very limited selection. I have also had issues with the staff not paying attention or acting very rude.
