If you feel like you're getting too much attention at home or work, take the time to visit the Gap at White Oaks Mall. Not a soul will acknowledge your presence, the fact that you have 8 pieces in your hand and it makes it hard to find your sizes, or if you need any assistance in the change room. The staff will actively avoid eye contact with you as if you are Medusa. I'm so glad I visited this store. Now I know where to not shop.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in order for me to find what I needed. Sometimes very specific sizes might not be available (especially in jeans) but that's expected I guess.

Today they told me you can get 40% off your purchase and after I spent an hour to find a good cloth, they said it does not apply to clearances. Why not saying it clearly at first?

The customer service at this location is minimal. No one ever offers to help you or cares that you're in the store. I think in the 8 years I've been shopping here, 1 person has said Hi while I was shopping around. The prices are ok but seem to be increasing year over year which is disappointing.
