Horrific!! The women who work here are so rude!! Especially Rachel the asst manager. They must be desperate!!  She hung up on me when I called to ask for her DMs phone number. Told me she couldn't give that out and told me to talk to her store manager ONLY (her  friend I'm sure) That's professional!! Plenty of other stores to shop at that don't have enormous attitudes.

Nice shops but the people that designed the traffic flow were idiots.  The parking lots are a model of how not to design a parking lot.  Very sharp turns, blind corners, and it seems the busiest parts have the smallest lots.  So you get people fighting for spots in one area and emptiness in others.  Fine if you don't mind walking a mile to shop (yes it is a half mile from one end to the other.)  There is only one way in or out and has stop signs instead of lights.  Who ever heard of a 5 lane road with stop signs?  And after you get through the stop signs there are two lights you have to sit through because to get in or out from Worcester you have to take a left.  I don't think they could have made it worse for traffic if they tried!  During the holiday season it can take up to an hour just to get out.  Not acceptable!  They need to add another entrance/exit at the Target end.
