Tried to apply for a job at the outlet and was literally told over the phone that I shouldn't because of the fact that I am a college student who isn't local to the area. Like, lady: I talked to a sales associate that said it wouldn't be a problem. You really shouldn't tell someone that they aren't good for the job until you see a resume and/or meet the person.

Do not dare to visit this GAP factory store . Store reps are less than disrespectful . Very rude and pathetic staff . GAP needs to redefine its training which is given to staff reps particularly at this locations. Poor customer service and the manager is a bitxh at this locations and she entertains her staff to b more negative and make fun of their customers. Kindly stay away from the illiterate staff present at this store . Nothing but will just ruin your day by visiting this store

Good stuffs. Specially, if you buy $50, you will get $25 discount after spend at least $50 for the future visit. All employees are friendly and never complain about the clothes you pic up and don't put back at the same place. I love it and it is always the first store when I visit to citadel outlet at least 2 times a month .
