Wanted to Thank Gap Plumbing for such Great, Quick service.  Justin and Tony where Great !!!  Explained what needed to be done and got the job done QUICK!!  The guys got here right on time and had the job done in no time.  This is the second job Gap plumbing has done for us, they will be taking care of all our plumbing needs in the future !!!

I use "Gap Plumbing" for all my plumbing needs, Terry is always really helpful.  I own rental properties and they are great to work with and provide great service. Gap Plumbing is  very knowledgeable,  efficient, and affordable. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs, small or large.

I made an appointment last week to have a plumber come out to my home. I was given a time frame of 2-4. It was after 4 o'clock. I just called and was told that they had "been dropping the ball all day".  The woman I spoke with admitted that it was her that had made my appointment. She apologized and said she would be sending someone as soon as they finished the job they were working on. I explained that my husband had not take jobs that day so that he could be home for the appointment. When I asked that we receive a discount for the mistake I was told we were already receiving a discount and that they could have made the appointment time frame from 8am-5pm. Very poor customer service. I understand that mistakes are made but they need to be handled better.

What more could you ask for...not much really.  Experienced a plumbing issue in the morning, surfed around and found these guys during lunch.  Sent off an late afternoon appointment request via the online system...easy.  Knock on the door right in the window Justin and Weston had communicated to me earlier.  About 40-45 minutes later, these pros had my system back working.  We squared up at the truck and they were on their way to the next job.

If you're having a plumbing issue and want straight-forward honest work in a very timely manner...call or visit them online then pat yourself on the back for a choice well-made.

Not sure how big the team is, but if you get Justin and Weston, you're in good hands.
