It was hard finding a normal garage door company in Castaic. There was a company that came out before this one and they wanted $870 for a new motor. Its insane! When I declined they tried to charge me a $60 service call. I got on the phone and called a few more places till I was confident in one. Obviously Garage Door Repair & Installation Castaic. I like that they were able to answer all my questions when I asked and not try to say we have to look at it first. They were specific, low in price and friendly.

I was searching for a company who can provide great customer service and that would not ripp me off. Garage Door Repair & Installation Castaic was the only one of many companies who were able to repair my garage door right away. They were really nice on the phone and in person. Prices were reasonable and my door works smoothly. Recommended.

Holy cow! What is up with all these garage door companies try to rip people off? Garage Door Repair & Installation Castaic gets the full 5 stars! Honest from the moment I called about my garage door. They told me that there is a $19 service charge and gave me a ball park of $65- $125 per spring. Compared to all the other douche bag companies that charge $75- $250 per spring. They did not try to add extra fees and did a wonderful job when they repaired my door.

My garage door was not working. My car was stuck in there and Garage Door Repair & Installation Castaic had a guy named Steve out to my house in about half an hour. He took care of it in no time. Very reliable.

Fantastic service!!! Got 2 springs replaced for the price of one with a great company. They are professional and do a great job.
