Someone sent me a flower arrangement from Garcia's Florist when my dog died several months ago.    I have seen a lot of floral arrangements in my 76 years; but this was the most beautiful and unique arrangement imaginable.   Whenever I want to send flowers, this is going to be my choice of florists.     WOW!
