Their delivery driver just rang my doorbell. How exciting, flowers for me? Nope! They asked if I could bring them over to my next door neighbor when I see them because they aren't home. I will because I like my neighbors, but this is just laziness on the delivery drivers part. I guess when I pay for floral delivery, I expect that the company would actually deliver it to the intended recipent instead of their neighbor who may be nice and deal with the inconvenience of delivering it, or might just keep them for themselves. If you want flowers actually delivered to the right person, go somewhere else as Garden City Floral obviously can't be bothered to ensure it is done right. I will note that the flowers do look nice, so I will give them a star for that.

Garden City Floral did an outstanding job, in providing flowers for what was a difficult time for our family, the passing of a loved one! From my first meeting over the phone with Jane, her assurance that everything would be taken care of set us all at ease!  Her floral designer stayed late to create the most amazing Floral Spray, a beautiful tribute to our loved one! Delivered on time, where we needed them to be, without event asking, she seemed to read my mind! Thank you Garden City Floral, for your care, compassion, and a beautiful floral arrangement.

Garden City Floral saved the day!  Another florist did not send flowers to a funeral for us as committed. Michelle at Garden City was fabulous.  She was terrific to talk to on the phone and ensured that the flowers were delivered to the family within an hour. Amazing. My cousin said the arrangements were beautiful.  Thank you for the terrific and helpful service. I can't recommend Garden City Floral enough!

Garden City Floral were more than happy to put together a few boutonnières and a gorgeous bouquet for my wedding in a ridiculously quick amount of time after I had just left Bitterroot Floral for being treated extremely poorly by one of their staff members. This place is highly underrated. Debbie and her team were super polite and helpful! Thanks!! I will recommend you to everyone from now on.
