The flowers used for my daughters wedding were very beautiful with the exception of the church flowers.  There was a surcharge of $750.00 non negotiable fee added to the total cost for their service, which included pinning boutonnieres, setting the flowers in place at the alter, placing arrangements on the tables, and any other items we would need prior to the wedding "they were there at my disposal".  I personally took a great amount of time creating  tulle bows for the family seats in the church.  I asked that he place these bows for me.  After he had been with us at the church about an 1 1/2 hours, he started asking my daughter did she need him for anything else (she's the bride)...she told him to see me.  He stated he had nothing left to do and left.  I went to the church to see his work; the flowers on the alter were not what we requested (and we were very specific), the bows looked horrible - it's as though he just laid them on the pews I had to redo them, the boutonnieres were in a box and had to be pinned by me and the grooms mother and a few of the bridesmaids.  Again as I said, the flowers were for the most part beautiful, but I would never pay $750.00 for the service he provided.  That part was a complete sham.

I ordered my grandmother and mother some flowers for Mother's Day looking at a picture that seemed to be a beautiful arrangement of flowers. My mother received the flowers today which is the day they were suppose to arrive but the quality of the flowers is horrible especially for a Mother's Day gift and the arrangement did not have the same flowers the picture had. I am really disappointed with this company and I will not suggest to anyone to buy flowers from here. I would have been better off just sending a card with some sincere words than the arrangement she received!

The worst quality of flowers and poor customer service.  I received a dozen roses 5 days ago and they are literally dead. I called the florist to inform them and they basically said it was normal. I have an older arrangement that is thriving beautifully from Martina's. Don't waste your money or time here! Look at the difference below

I ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral last week.  The day of the funeral, the flowers hadn't arrived. I called the florist, and the person I spoke to (who was professional and courteous), couldn't tell me anything about the delivery; I was supposed to get a call back. Not long after, a person attending the funeral said they were told the florist didn't have the Jesus figure that was part of the arrangement. I call the florist back and talked to the same person who said the manager would call me back.  Soon after *that*, I receive a refund email, but I *still* have not received a call from anyone about the order.  At no time did anyone contact me to tell me there was a problem with the arrangement or delivery.  I'm not able to attend the funeral, and his whole experience destroyed what was already a sad and painful day...I'm now unable to even pay my respects via a lovely flower arrangement, and I can't even explain why other than I chose the wrong florist.

I am so glad people can get on to a website and totally talk a place down without it being able to respond in any way whatsoever..  Said florist is family owned and operated.  Don't have the largest store in Augusta but do their very best to provide a service to the community.  Thank you for all the support that the community gives this florist despite the small minority of people that complain.  I feel sure that the owners would be glad to fix any problems if there were any.  So in defense of a place that serves the community how would you like for someone to get on the internet and blast all your faults and never give any uplifting remarks.  Guess everyone is perfect?
