We ordered a reclining love-seat sectional in early November and were told it would take 10-12 weeks for delivery. I followed up last week at the 10 week mark to get a status update. They told me they left a voicemail for us in early December stating it was ready for delivery. We didn't receive the message, nor did they follow up again. A little disappointing but okay since we weren't expecting the furniture that soon. They took our payment last week over the phone, and called two days later to say they needed payment or they would cancel our delivery. We cleared that up quickly but it's interesting that there aren't good internal communications.

Our sectional was delivered yesterday. The delivery guys were great - on time, very careful not to bang the door, walls or floor, and they tested to make sure the recliners were working properly.

The couch is nice. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I do see some minor flaws with the furniture (probably no one else would notice them) but not enough to want to send it back to have it redone. It is stunning from a glance and super comfortable which is the most important thing.

Overall, I'm pleased with my experience at Gardiner Wolf and would recommend them.

I visited the store on 1/18/18... I’m sure I won’t revisit!!!! I was in the store roaming for about 45 minutes and no one asked me if I needed help, if I was ok, or anything... neither my mom nor I were greeted when we entered... I even attempted to help myself by using their store touch screen to find some items I was interested in different colors; however, I could not get that to work. I was completely offended when I saw several salesmen sitting down, and one in particular completely overlooked, and walked past me to another couple and greeted them with a warm and welcoming “can I help you with that?!” I made my complaint with the manager, Bruce, and I took my business elsewhere. Definitely need better customer service and a more diverse team.

Great selection, super large store with a lot of variety in styles and great pricing.  Service was great (We worked with Tony).  We found what we were after and were in and out in no time.  Highly recommend.  Thanks

Nice sales people. Picked up furniture which was sealed, got home and it was not what I purchased. I was given the choice of waiting weeks or driving quite far to pick up correct furniture. Chose to pick up furniture & had to wait at least 45 minutes to get the correct piece. They offered me a small refund but took part of it back as a restocking fee. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Great selections, great salespeople, great at pacing their presence.  Almost bought, but what we liked didn't fit our size restrictions. 
Visited your showrooms in Hagerstown, Frederick and Towson.
