I brought my mom to this clinic today. The receptionist was greeted is with a smile and very attentive. The nurse that brought us in the room was quiet the whole time asked only 8 questions and didn't speak to my mother unless the computer had a question to ask her. She was very rude and disconnected. Then the doctor came finally came in. The Doctor that helped her was very condescending and laughing at my mom when she asked a question. And whenever my mom would say I've been trying to do this or that to better my weight the doctor would giggle and say "No you have not" "take your medicine you haven't been doing it" and so forth. My mom had knee pain and asked if she could get a support knee strap. The doctor laughed again and said "I'll get it for you but that won't work" then she walked out. Now another nurse came in to measure the support straps for her knees. Let me tell you this nurse showed more compassion and asked more questions to see how my mother was doing than the doctor and the first nurse did. I was extremely pleased with this nurse. She was so compassionate and showed her input about her pain in the knees and exiled other things she could do to better her weight. Then finally the first nurse came back and gave my mom her flu shot and we were able to leave. 
The reason why I was so disappointed was that I expected all nurses and doctors have compassion be attentive and show concern with their patients. It is very unfortunate that my mom is not receiving that kind of care here from what I seen.
