I have been working with Gardner and Gardner for years. Bill and Bill are patient with questions, extremely knowledgeable about insurance, and get what you need when you need it. I never feel pressured and when I call needing some copy of a paper emailed someplace because I did something impulsive it is always done. I worked for years to find the most efficient coverage and Bill just does it for me now and somehow gets lower rates than I can.

Bill worked with me to find the right package I needed for my home and auto insurance and they always help along the way if a claim is made. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good insurance guy!

If I could have given them a lower rating I would have. Much like the other review that wasn't done by one of their employees, I too had a terrible experience with this company. They were cold, uninformative, and more or less told me off after asking them a few basic questions. The agent, Bill Gardner, was one of the downright rudest people I have ever met and seemed intent on making our interaction as unpleasant as possible. I don't know how they are able to remain in business with such uncaring and unhelpful staff. There are thousands of agents to choose from, and this should certainly be your last choice.

YOU NEED A NEW RECEPTIONIST!!!! 3/20/17 @ 3:57pm. I called regarding my insurance that I have had through this company the first conversatuon went "Mr. Gardner is at lunch this was around 1pm" Then i recieved a call back where she shouted again that my policy was cancelled a yr and some months ago which is a lie. Sue told me she would just have Mr. Gardner return my call when he was in. I called again at 3:40 and was met with such an attitude I cannot believe she is even allowed to answer the telephone for any business! Sue who I'm guessing wrote the lovely review below me had such a bad attitude and hung up on me after i asked her to lower her tone bc she was shouting at me and embarrassing me and herself and the company while I had her on speaker phone while with another insurance representative. I had to email Mr. Gardner because after she hung up in my face I called back and she let it ring and go to voicemail. This
