Started discussions in Jan 08 - price for adding AC was 2800.

I had to collect the funds, I was ready to start again at the end of April 08 and the price changed to 3500. A 25% increase !!! Got them down a little to 3200. So I said OK, lets go. 

Its now July 08 and they are just getting back to me on the April OK and the price has changed again to 3850. A 37.5% increase from the original and a 20% increase from the April price. All because they are too slow to do the work in April/May 08.
