Jamie and the rest of the crew at Gargoyle are amazing!  Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional!  The showroom was clean and had a good selection and someone immediately walked up to greet me.  The quality of work performed was perfect and the pricing was very fair!  Everyone who entered my home was respectful and on time.  The owner personally took time to give me recommendations and suggestions as well as answered all of my questions.  I took his advise and the outcome was AMAZING!  I love supporting local but these guys went above and beyond!  Well done guys!

What a joke for a company.  One of the most unreasonable company's to work with I've come across.  Worth the extra drive into Post falls or Coeur d Alene to avoid them.

My initial experience with Gargoyle was great. I had them send someone out to see what needed to be done to repair travertine countertops at a condo I was in the process of buying. At that time I was told what needed to be done and given an approximate cost. The person who came out was very professional and helpful. So far so good.

Fast forward to the day my condo closed sale, about a month later. I called Gargoyle that day to schedule the work. At that time they could not find any file, nor identify the employee who came out. However they could send someone out in two weeks. Two weeks?? Why was I put at the back at the line? So I asked if they would at least put me on their month out schedule at that time. I was told no they couldn't do that. Couldn't? Why?

I was told once they came out I would be put on a month out schedule. All the time repeating to me we're very very very busy. I told them I had already had someone come out, I'm sorry you can't find my file nor who came out but why did I have to go to the back of the line?  I was wondering all the time why they didn't get the fact that none of this was my fault.  

The bottom line is that since they're busy you can forget about them caring. In fact a Gargoyle employee said what they had offered me was perfectly acceptable customer service. Really!

They're busy and obviously don't need my business. I guess you could say that they've shut down customer service.  I sure hope they don't misplace your file, or their employee quits. In that case you're on your own.
