Garland Lodge is located in a beautiful setting, with many summer and winter activities. Visitor come primarily for some challenging golf on three well-maintained golf courses. Some rooms are better than others -- a number need of renovation -- but the employees are all top-notch: helpful, pleasant and professional. Garland's food and drink will satisfy. The lodge is especially attractive if you like being in the middle of nowhere -- it's very isolated. However, that's part of its charm.

Beautiful golf courses! Amazing log cabin structures and cottages. Staff is okay but not invested. Loved my time there except:
UNLESS YOU USE ATT OR VERISON YOU WILL LOSE 100% OF YOUR PHONE SERVICE FOR THE ENTIRE TIME YOU ARE THERE. EVEN THE LANDLINES DON'T WORK.
AND NO WIFI!!! 
(They say they have it, but it was turned off all 3 days I was there.)
So if you need to stay in contact with folks outside of the Lodge:
It won't happen.
Plus, there pool and hot tub are broken.

Garland is fantastic!  ALL the associates are awesome!  ALL the courses are fantastic!  The food is incredible.

2 Years in a row and plan on coming back next year!

Roach is the best and Paul W fantastic.  Thank you gentlemen for an incredible 4 days!!

Golf courses were​ every bit of a 5 star but  everything closed by 10 could not even get a coffee unless you drive 15 min to the closest town
