We had a car die and we did not live in town. I read the reviews and gave them a chance. We found a car and took their financing. It was fine, typical car sales but nicer. It was the after sale that drove us nuts. We had to send the title over nighrt, they gave us the PO box address, then proceeded to call us everyday asking us where it was, then on the 5th day called and said they don't check the box. Called us and asked where the key was for our trade in. We left it with the salesman. They forgot to collect our down payment and forgot to get a paper to sign. Now they say we need drive down 3 hours to pick up our plates/ registration, after they assured us they would mail them to us. When we call we get 2 different answers. Everyone there was very nice just a lot of stuff that should not be happening. I will update if everything gets fixed. The GM called and got us our plates, he was very nice and apologized. Thank you for that. I really mean it that it was a nice experience and in the end everything worked out.

This is the Nissan dealership you want to be at. I called the guys in Bates Nissan Killeen for a new key. Told me they couldn't get to me. I call Garlyn Shelton guys and they got to me asap! The service guys are real legit and have pride.

I cannot sing the praises of this dealership enough! I have purchased multiple cars (used and new) from Garlyn Shelton Nissan over the past decade plus. I have always felt that the service and communication from every employee at Garlyn Shelton Nissan was excellent. My most recent experience though shows that the leadership and service at this dealership far surpasses expectations. I moved to Arkansas in 2015 from Temple. Recently, my wife and I started to consider trading in her car. In search for a good deal, I visited two dealerships went on a few test drives and couldn't find the right deal. At each dealership I felt uncomfortable with the sales people and their aggressive tactics. I decided to call Garlyn Shelton and chat with a dealership that NEVER made me feel less than comfortable. When talking with Mr. Collins we discussed what we wanted in a car, what we wanted to pay for a car, but MOST important he wanted to make sure this major purchase was right. We decided to wait. So wait we did. I received a promotional flyer (not from Garlyn Shelton) in my email a few weeks later and called Mr. Collins to see if the promotion would work in Texas. He went out of his way to work with me and include the promotion, so we were able to find the right deal. Kerry completed the paperwork, and Adam worked to complete the transaction even though we were crossing state lines. When I arrived the next day the car was clean, gassed, and ready to go! Kerry explained all of the features of the car and sent me on my way in no more than one hour. YES I SPENT ONE HOUR AT THE DEALERSHIP! Hands down this is the best dealership (because of the staff) that I have interacted with. Thank you Garlyn Shelton Nissan for selling cars the right way!
