I am changing my review since I have had contact from Jeff at Garners, and we determined that mostly we had a failure in communication.  I did have good service from them in the past, and maybe when I get back there we can get back on track.  Until I get that chance, I can only rate them as average, because I really haven't had the chance to see their work.  But I am very pleased that Jeff saw my review and followed up with me, and I now feel that they were not just ignoring me, that voice mail failure was a big part of the problem.

I talked and emailed these guys a number of times and while they kept saying they would come out, they never showed or called to cancel.
