You would think that whoever wrote the check for the funeral service would be the one with final say on what happens. It seems that isn't the case and anybody with the Garnett new McDonald funeral home phone number can change the plans at the drop of a hat. Once we arrived at the funeral home we were met with constant blame passing and an overall condescending tone. They managed to make a hard day harder when they should be making it easier.
