I absolutely love coming her to get my haircut and styled. They really care a lot about what you want, and they're honest. There was a particular style I wanted and my hair dresser said it wouldn't be a problem to do, but that the style would make my head look boxy. He offered another technique that was very similar to the one I wanted, but was also visually appealing and easy to manage. After he gave me that information, he said we could still go with exactly what I wanted, or do the alternative. I never felt forced to go with his recommendation, but rather, was given another option. Customer service here is all around great and I highly recommend going there. Ask for Garrett and tell him Greg sent you! 😄

Taylor cuts my hair once a month-ish and I never leave unhappy. Her and Garret can fade with the best of em not to mention they’re super cool people to talk to. Customer service is also fantastic! I’m sure all the staff is pleasant but I can speak with personal experience how great Taylor and Garret are.

I've been coming here for 5+ years & couldn't be happier with any other hair salon. Everyone is incredibly kind, courteous & helpful. With such an array of products to choose from as well as amazing stylists, I don't believe that there is a better salon around!

I love the Garrett Neal Studio! After several years searching for good hair - I landed here at the urging of my daughter. And I'm so glad I did. Best hair in town, hands down. Staff is friendly, greeting clients as if they are long lost friends - it's such a treat when I walk in for my appointments. And then they pay attention to YOU and what you want. I trust my stylist, Lydia Economides, completely.

I am extremely happy with the cuts and styles I receive at the Garrett Neal Studio. Clinton is super-talented and attentive. The atmosphere is casual and the staff is friendly. I always look forward to my appointments and I always leave happy.
