Not the best experience. For starters, they didn't ask us which background we wanted, just picked despite telling us to pick which one we wanted from the photos. Later we picked which photo we liked of ours, as they take several, waited 15 minutes, then found out they printed the wrong one. They said it was going to take another 15 minutes to print the one we chose the first time. After finally getting the right one and throwing it out there about some kind of discount or extra print for having the wrong photo printed and waiting twice as long, the girl at the counter, who got the print wrong the first time, gave us attitude and said they don't do things like that. Didn't even get a sorry or anything along those lines for getting things wrong and making us wait, which actually threw off some our plans, just attitude as if it was our fault. There are other places there that do the same type of thing. Best to go to one of them instead.

Employee's were less than friendly. I came in with a group of exchange students who were attending local area high schools and I am a local and wore my own costume. I asked if they offered any sort of a local discount or discount for wearing my own costume and was made to feel very invalid when being told no. Their processing time is also slow compared to another shop in town. I will never use this shop again nor will I ever recommend it.

The photographer Tristan was super sweet. She was amazing with our 1 year old. We're very happy we chose to have our family portrait done here.

Had a great time. The ladies there were very helpful and professional.

Worst experience ever. Employees were rude and disrespectful. Went right across the street and got exactly what we wanted with no problems. Shouldn't have a buisness like that in a tourist town. Bad for buisness.
