I was in an accident and received speedy and great service. Most things were dealt with and tied up within a few hours. Plus, this office remembers birthdays in our family, as well as other big events in our lives. It's the little things that count sometimes. Thanks State Farm, for everything!

Dissatisfied with unprofessionalism, and the delay in which information was relayed to me. In short, I definitely had to follow up with them repeatedly for four  months to fix a mistake that was not made on my end. After 4 months, and no conlflict resolution, but a girl chuckling and creating excuses instead of solid customer service- I am extremely disappointed with my experience. 
I still adore State Farm however, but this office is not an embodiment of State Farm's Customer Service Standards.

They insure everything of mine from house, business, life and auto.  They make it easy to do business and very quick to respond to any issue.  They are honest even when it does not make them the most money.  I have had them say sorry I do not think we are the best solution for you.  Best in town hands down.

I have been insured by Gary for over 20 years, they are the best. Prompt, friendly and professional. Best in town.
