I lived in Gary Crim apartments for several years  and never had any problems. He was always there when I called about anything. Always checked to make sure the apartment was in good shape. I would  recommend his apartments to any one.

I had a great experience with Gary crim rentals when I needed clean affordable housing for myself and my daughter..the entire process was easy top to bottom, friendly and qualified personnel and overall great experience.

My daughter along with my 6 grandchildren are living in a gary crim home through section 8 and have no hot water since Friday, 6/30....My daughter hasn't been able to reach anyone for help...no call back..it's unbelievable that they're all in that house, 363 Avondale...without hot water....i have heard so much bad about this company and now i see why!!! I would never recommend them to any of my family or  friends!!!!
