This office uses a Social Worker to see patients and perform medical procedures.  She is mean and sarcastic, doesn't read the patient's chart, nor communicate with other medical specialists the patient is seeing.  There is no Doctor or Physician's Assistant to see patients.  Dr Holland is in the back writing prescriptions but doesn't see patients.  They do NOT send medical results to specialists until repeated requests are made. Very unethical medical practice.  Do NOT take your loved ones to this office.  They will take your money and then NOT provide care or referrals to specialists.  You will be told "you just need a man in your life" when you really need to go see a heart specialist.

This practice is horrible.  Can't keep staff.  Current staff is horrible.  I when in for a Blood test and 45 days later I had to call them to see if the results were back.  They told me the levels were outside the normal and I needed to see a urologist. A person would think practice would call the patient if the results were unusual but they said it was my responsiblity to call them and check if the results were back.  Apparently they don't look at the paper work unless a patient complains.

I went in for what I thought was a mini physical, I had several tests conducted in advance.  Basically I received a pretty quick walk through of the results which I had to keep asking "what does that mean"?  

For one of the results I was told that the score wasn't bad but also wasn't great.  So I asked what the score was during my previous and low and behold my score had improved.  It was crystal clear that the provider hadn't spent any time reviewing my medical history so not really sure how she was expected to provide an acceptable level of service. 

So now, I've wasted my annual physical on this nonsense and can probably be added to the long list of those that don't return.  I would highly recommend that you research other providers because the lady that I saw needs some work on patient care.

Its a family feel practice. I enjoyed working there. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Sadly there is a high turn over rate.

They can't keep doctors there on staff; never seen Gary holland there at all, and the clerk staff are rude, impersonal and uncaring. Get better service at a Wal-Mart. Go ANY where else.
