Went to your store today..Tina provided the single worst customer service I've had in a long time...bad attitude, confrontational, and incompetent...I know it's tough getting help these days but she came nowhere near any acceptable measure of customer service
This place is so misleading, and made me waste my time. As a truck driver, I shouldn’t have to wait in line for 10 minutes, just for them to say tap pay doesn’t work!!!
Great parking spots for longer trucks and food inside pretty normal. Customer service could be better!
The staff is rude. If requested of even the simplest of requests, such as receiving 5 dollar bills instead of a 10 dollar bill, they will promptly get snotty and give attitude. I have seen their food past the expiration on various occasions and often see their fountain area poorly cleaned. After my last experience with the older red head that works full time there I will never go back. Thank goodness a Get N Go is across the road from them. I have always had a good experience there and their cleanliness is far above Holidays.
Maybe if the Associate that is working now focuses more on the Customer Service instead of telling the Associate working that he has to pee than help me out with my lottery ticket and gas filling up he might be ok but no insisted that he has to pee plus then goes and sneezes all over the safety divider there good that lexan divider was there or else he would have sneezed on me
Staff is horrible. Me and my boyfriend looked at alcohol then I had to use the rest room. One of the employees followed me to the rest room and after I was done doing my business she asked to look inside my coat and accused me of drinking alcohol and asked if I stole anything. And all she found my my phone and keys. Great experience!
Warm beer and rude staff both a constant at this gas station. Save yourself the trouble and go across the street instead.
This was just a fuel stop on our road trip to Yellowstone. The Pumps were clean, and the location was easily accessible. We never went in the store, it was just a fuel stop...
Ok selection. Cashier ignored me right at the register for a super long akward time even after I asked if I was in the right place. Terrible customer service. She had no problem talking to her coworker while I was looking around.
They are usually pretty clean with normal gas station food. Nothing to be extra special above and beyond any other garden variety gas station.
