This place is so bad. Low income for sure

The ownership tries to keep the riff-raff out but it is what it is...a trailer park surrounded by ghetto dancer bars. In the 9 months I lived there, the neighbor was cuffed by 3 cops on his porch while my daughter laid sleeping 10 feet away in our living room. Also, 4 trailers up were drug addicts where a guy OD'd and died on heroin ( granted, that is happening everywhere these days 😢). Good place for a single guy or street smart couple, not for a single mom!

poor maintenance.  dangerous living conditions. most of homes should be trashed and condemned.  most people live here with unsafe electrical and no furnaces. faulty wiring.  repairs are done with negligence to any safety regulations.  Park is full of drug dealers & managers steel residents belongings as they are moving them out.  management people you do not want to associate with basicly park run by criminals.
