Needed major work done on electrical in an old house to meet code and more importantly, to be safe.  Work was performed on a timely basis at expected cost.  I was always called to know when they were on their way, and if there was going to be a major delay.

I called for service on my electrical connection to my air conditioning unit.  Gatchell showed up when promised and in 15 minutes had diagnosed the problem.  While they didn't repair air conditioners, they were able to suggest a suspected defective part and I was able to have my air conditioner repaired in less than 20 minutes due to their efficiency and professionalism.

The individuals that arrived were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.  They worked non-stop while explaining their reasoning in a methodical manner geared to my ability to understand.  I would highly recommend them for any electrical service needs and will use them for all future problems.  I will also recommend them to my family and friends.

Fast friendly and reasonably priced! They showed up an hour after I called with a snow related emergency... They were great!

I had a big mess at my house and ended up with no power after hours.  I had been told by other electricians that my panel was old and finding a replacement part was going to be costly and would take quite some time.  Gary came over and not only got my power going again without any new parts, he also fixed some major issues I had outside.  He was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly friendly.  Highly recommend this company.  Thanks again Gary!

I needed help with an electrical problem caused by a water leak in a rental unit.  Gatchell Electric resolved all my issues and I was able to complete the repairs several hundred dollars under the cost of an estimate from another contractor.   I feel they did a great job and were very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done.
