We worked with art, senior loan officer, on an auto loan at this location. I cannot say enough good things about him. He truly is someone who cares and tries to set you up the best way possible. The whole process was easy to do and was a very comfortable setting. We will only be doing loans through art from here on out and plan on referring all of our friends and family his way as well!!! Perfect experience.

Stopped this morning to deposit money and the bank teller was very rude. He acted like I was bothering him. I didn’t know it was that much to ask of a bank to deposit money.

I don’t use Gate City bank but when we passed by their building I was so amazed. We can’t help but take photos!

I was dissatisfied with my "Big Bank" for many years. All of the hidden fees, all the red tape you had to go through to get something done, all the ATM fees.....the whole 9 yards. One day, I finally had enough and made the switch and I could not be happier. I should have done this years ago. Everyone at this location is helpful, kind, and the get things done! To anyone that is looking to make the switch: I strongly recommend this bank, and don't be worried about all of the hassle of switching your auto payments, getting new checks, and so on because they help you with all of that too! It is a very smooth transition, and you will be glad you did it.
