How can I describe other than Randy makes going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. Doubt many would describe a trip to the dentist's office that way. He is always completely dedicated to making you comfortable and he always goes the extra mile to do everything he can to keep your teeth healthy and beautiful.

I had a terrible experience with them. I was told I paid in full, and then I was charged more in each visit about the same procedure. Unfortunately, each time was a different person and had no clue what was going on and was very confused. And when I requested for them to call me once they figure it out. I have not received any contact from them in 1 month.

The worst service ever. Very disorganized staff. One person tells you something and you call back and they tell you another story. We been waiting since June 2017 for a response for a dental surgery.I called today and now they telling me that it was never sent . That today they sent the insurance the request.

Went here once, Dr. Pita was very nice and knowledgeable however his staff was the absolute opposite. Before the appointment I called ahead to make sure they took my insurance (mind you I found them on the insurance's website) they assured me they did and when I get there they gave me the most ridiculous fee schedule telling me that if I used my insurance I would end up paying more out of pocket, I said ok contacted my HR team and the staff at Gateway were so off. So in the next few days I went back to clarify with my fee schedule in hand, the lady I dealt with Solymar was sooo horrible. She said that the prices she gave me were correct I didn't believe her because I had my fee schedule that my HR team provided so I told her to have the office manager call me. So a couple hours later she calls me back (Solymar) and tells me they don't accept my insurance because they didn't want to pay (I don't even think this is something she should have shared with me, I don't believe it is the clients business). So in conclusion, the receptionist is a joy to speak to but the staff that deals with insurance and payments (Solymar) horrible. Needless to say I wont be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

Dr. Reynaldo Pita is the best!!! Very kind, professional and knowledgeable! I love the staff here too! Very kind and they helped us plan out the finances. So my boyfriend had a very bad toothache, he wasn't able to sleep the night before, so in the morning I called the office and they were able to see him! He was in so much pain. The doctor did an extraction because the tooth had already become rotten. And now my boyfriend feels great and we will definitely be coming back to do our dental work here. They accept Cigna insurance and we only had to pay a small amount. Definitely worth it! GATEWAY DENTAL IS THE BEST! THANK YOU!!
