Just had my exhaust fixed yesterday! I called them on Thursday night, the guy told me to bring it in the next morning it was done by 3pm! Only cost me $100. 45 for parts and 80 for labor(1hr) Very polite, very professional and very affordable! Thank you Gateway! I will be back :)

The owners are wonderful people , the mechanics are very knowledgeable and prices are reasonable, attention to detail is Priority One, this is a very busy shop with a lot of loyal customers.

We were referred to this location for their superb work and know how on fixing cars and would was told they would "more than likely" have a solution and know what to do to fix the issue with my car. There was an issue with the oil pan which they never fixed and ended up doing it MYSELF thank you very much, and kept beating around the bush as to what codes were firing on the OBD-II and when I used my code reader, wouldn't even consider what was there and tried doing things his way. Told me it was a "Timing Cylinder", then some other weird thing, and after a third call in two weeks, they claimed it was a CAT Converter. Then when I went back there later the same day I made my third phone call, it was back to a "Timing Cylinder". At this point I was very frustrated and wanted the car back, but, in order to get it, I was bullied into paying $75 for them to basically tell me they don't know what they were looking at and did nothing to help my situation. Also claimed to offer a solution that would cost me $2100 at the very least which is not something I can afford! I asked him to work with me at the start of all this on the pricing and then at this point told me that he said no such thing and that I'm a dirty liar. Like really? Who calls their customers that? So I paid him the $75 and brought it to my brother-in-law who happens to be a really good mechanic and he had just come back from a long family trip, and he looked at the car and told us how bullshitted we just got by these people! And caused even more damage than was already there! I would only recommend this place if you enjoy being lied to, ripped off, and screamed at by morons who don't know what they are doing! And don't go to the BBB, because they will just lie their way out of anything! They are lucky I haven't the money to sue their company for damage and negligence! And I STILL WANT MY $75 YOU BASICALLY ROBBED FROM ME!
