Worst agency ever to care for a loved one!  Horrible. Nothing they tell you is the truth!  They tell the client's family anything to get the case.  They lie, very rude to client and staff, and tried sending the staff from their group homes that is unqualified and not trained to take care of a quad who is medically fragile.  They claimed hey could provide LPN's for 12 hours per day and they didn't even have certification of a license for LPN's in home health care!  Staff had a difficult time getting paid client family lied to over and over and always left voice mails and no return calls!  Staff never did get paid for their last week of work!

They aren't right ! They play with the employees money. I worked there for a whole month and it was the worst in my life. I advice no one to work for them or even send their loved ones to get cared by them. I filed a suit with Department of Labor against them about my check and their words was "this isn't their first time hearing this" . I liked working at first but it quickly became bullish** after my first check was misplaced ... VERY UNORGANIZED
