Love this place! The bubble teas are really authentic and flavorful. The ratio of the tea, milk, and ice are perfect and the bubbles are sweet and not too soft. I would definitely recommend the rose tieguanyin milk tea at 75% sweetness.

First time visiting and would definitely go again! Love the menu and different options. Staff was friendly and super helpful. They seemed really busy and it was fun to watch them make the drinks while we waited. I got the jasmine green tea with lychee jellies at 25% sweetness. My sister got the passionfruit jasmine green tea at 50% sweetness. Similar to what I would order at Gongcha but with better flavor! Would love to try their other drinks in the future!

omg so good! was visiting Chicago and tried the strawberry matcha with oat milk great if you're lactose intolerant. better than anything I've had in LA/San Gabriel. highly, highly recommended. will definitely visit again next time I'm in chi-town.

Try the Brown Sugar Matcha Latte, 100% would highly recommend. Usually I’m not a big fan of matcha but their matcha just hits different, they just make it work. I usually grab a drink before I study, a bit more motivation to get things done. &lt;3

I absolutely love this place! It’s truly the best bubble tea I’ve ever tasted! The flavor is bursting but not overbearing. It’s not too sweet but just right. I’ve literally been going every week now. Also, great service.

THE BEST boba tea I’ve ever had  And the people were so nice too! They gave me great suggestions as it was my first time at this shop. I tried the Brown Sugar Assam Milk tea. Highly recommend if you’re a boba tea fan!

Couple of my friends have tried this tea shop and they love it. So I decided to give it a try and it wasn't a surprise of how good it tasted. My kids love it.

My favorite boba place in Chicago!! They have a great tea selection and the tea taste is strong in their drinks. I love their golden boba, which is always made perfectly. Their dairy free creamer and oat milk options are great.  I usually order one of their premium milk teas and will sometimes get a fruit tea or latte. I've never had a drink I didn't like there.

The best bubble tea in Chicago! Everything is made fresh to order and the boba is the right consistency. Personally I don't like boba but I always make an exception for them since they make it just right. The location is in a sushi restaurant since the owners uncle gave him some space to start this business. This spot is a must visit for anyone who loves bubble tea.  The owner is super friendly and makes sure to provide regular updates on Instagram too.

Gather’s Tea Bar is a small place and no place to sit but we enjoyed our tea on the go. Fair prices and good service. A sign does advise that hot teas take a bit longer. Free straw for cold tea with boba with any order &gt; $20. That was nice. Wish my hot tea was hotter but the grass jelly probably wouldn’t tolerate that.
