Worst customer service.  Ted is extremely rude when questioned. I got a phone call stating I was two months behind so I called to ask. I was told by someone else that it was a mistake.  I called again because I got the same call.  I was then informed that I'm not behind at all but my insurance expired and needed to pay $200+ to renew it.  I asked why I never received a letter or phone call to let me know I needed to renew at that time. I was then told "Uh well it's not rocket science. It's not our job to baby sit." And when I tried to respond, he just got loud and started talking over me. He's extremely rude. I highly advise AGAINST going here.

Ted gave us very cheap rates. We are very happy we find him.

I called Ted at Gator Auto after completing multiple online quotes and finding the rates that some of the biggest companies offered were gouging me after I was an at fault drive in a small accident last year. He gave me a great rate, and was extremely informative and helpful. 

I will definitely come back in 6 months when due for a renewal!
