I had had policies with Gail for over a decade and when I needed here to help or explain things, she was there. The claim service on my house was effortless and seamless. 

I have had some very bad experiences with State Farm reps recently that have caused me to leave their agencies. Since I left them bad reviews, I am leaving Gail a positive review. What I found is that you should never do business with a State Farm agent because you like State Farm the corporation - that's not a real thing. Each agent really is independent and doesn't appear to be under real corporate oversign, so choose your agent wisely. I think that Gail is a good choice.

I have had a home owner's policy through Gayle's office for 8 years. Her office staff is helpful, if not always knowledgeable. Gayle has always given me personal attention and honest answers when I have needed her. Even when the answers are not what I wanted to hear. I believe that she conducts business with honesty and integrity.

Gayle was my insurance agent for a year before I moved out of Montana. I found her office to be highly efficient, and educational as she took the time to counsel me in what products and coverages suited me best for my situation and needs. As she has been an Agent in Helena for 30 years, she has a thriving business and is well ensconced into Helena community. Gayle cares about her clients, and works very hard to meet our needs. Thank you for your exceptional service and support. Wish I could have taken her with me when I moved out of state. I highly recommend Gayle Grimsrud for your insurance needs.

I regret purchasing insurance through Gayle Grimsrud's office. Amoung other problems, she neglected to fill out the paperwork Statefarm underwriting requires. Gayle was notified immediately but took no action so several weeks later my mortgagor an I received a cancellation notice on my homeowners policy.  I left several messages; it took well over a week for her to call me back. She was very rude and un-apologetic. When I attempted to transfer my policies to a more responsive State Farm agent Gayle turned over only the auto and not the homeowners, making it impossible for me to keep my insurance with State Farm. It took weeks to clean up the mess she created. Be wary of the 5 star review from Heidi, she was employed by Gayle at the time this occurred.
