Jane is an incredible help. She went the extra mile to fix my computer. Not only did she resolve my issue she also personally showed me how to make better use of my computer system. This is great because I'm no computer expert. Nice to have someone like Jane in my corner. I strongly recommend using her services! Jane gets the job done.

DO NOT COME HERE WITH A HARDWARE ISSUE. Jane knows absolutely nothing about the inner hardware of a computer. My PC started having issues about a month ago and I had a suspicion it was my graphics card. I came to Jane with the computer and let her know that I thought there was an issue with the card. Jane claimed that it was most likely a Windows issue and that she will fix my PC as she had never not fixed one. A month later she made no progress until I worked on the computer with her. I had to personally determine that the card was broken. Overall, a waste of 150 dollars and a month of my time.

As a self-employed marketing professional, my computer is my livelihood. So when my computer wasn't performing right, I had to do something and didn't readily have an IT department to rely on. Jane at Geek Team determined that my hard drive was failing. She recovered and backed up the files, installed a new solid state hard drive, loaded the new Yosemite operating system, and migrated the backed up files to the new hard drive. The system is fast and better than ever - at a fraction of what it would have cost to buy a new laptop with the same specs. On top of that, I had a failing external drive with a ton of valuable data. Jane was able to recover every last file saving me many a sleepless night. I've found my new IT department.

My computer was getting attacked constantly by pop-up ads whenever i turned it on. Jane at Geek Team was able to scrub my computer and clean it of all viruses in a couple of hours. Her quick turnaround time and low cost beats anyone else in the area. She also provides a service where she can remotely tune up your computer.

The tech is very knowledgeable and dependable. I have been using their services for several years and have always been completely satisfied with the results. The tech that comes on site to my home has a very friendly personality and has lightened all my fears of using the computer and made it more accessible for me. I would never hesitate to recommend them to any individual or firm seeking their services.
