Trish Holbrook is absolutely amazing! The most patient and helpful insurance rep ive ever dealt with. After weeks of my busy schedule and not being able to return calls, going back and fourth in emails, etc. Trish was still so understanding, honest, and nice when I was finally able to get in touch with her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for trustworthy insurance. She’s knowledgeable and does not enforce pushy sales tactics.

This office helps put back the personalization into insurance. You are able to talk with an agent and get the one on one that sometimes can be missing.  All of the staff are always so kind and helpful. I highly recommend starting your policy with this office!!

Its TRUE! You do save money when you switch to Geico! Spoke with Mike(which is awesome, and super informative to your plan), in the St. Charles MO office. And he saved me over $100!! Seriously people, switch to Geico. 
Don't forget to ask for Mike! He can help you just like he helped me! 👍

Similar to another persons review. I've had Geico for 5+ years and my rates went up ($250 over a year) for no reason. When I asked why the response was that they had to pay out for other people's claims....here's the kicker! The woman said "but you have accident forgiveness so your rates won't go up if you have an accident." To which I replied I guess they only go up if you don't! Switched both my home and auto to another carrier and I'm much happier.
