Customer service is severely lacking, tried calling to get a better understanding of my online quote. The guy on the phone just sounded super uninterested in helping me understand the potential policy I was inquiring about switching to. Only considering them for their cheaper rates otherwise I’d never do business with them as I felt I was being talked to like I’m not worth the time. Awful experience overall. I’d stay with State Farm if they weren’t so much more expensive.

Geico is the slowest most unorganized insurance agency to do business with they drag their feet when it comes to paying you the money they owe you they give you the run around and send you to 2-5 diffrent departments and have to tell the same story to 5 diffrent people one person tells you something then the other person tells you something else and then says the first person doesn't know what their talking about and they apologize for them blah blah blah  terrible company to do business with and after this claim is over I'm washing my hands of them and going to state farm or another agency where I dont have to go thru half the company to get a single answer...GEICO SUCKS AND DOMT USE THEM AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

We had them around 16 years and they wouldn't  work with us  i feel they could have but didnt want too im glad that we changed we have a better policy and better lower price

I switched from Progressive to Geico just under 2 months ago. Worst move I ever made. They screwed up my policy, as I require an SR22, and even told them when I signed up that I might require it, and to please send the SR22 form to the state of Kansas, if I in fact still require. I was assured they would do so. They did not. I am now paying a fine, have a suspended license because of this, and they claim I never mentioned anything to them about the SR22, which is a lie. They have refused to reimburse me for the fine, and have been unprofessional at every turn. The state is still waiting, 6 days and counting, for them to send the SR22. I am without a driver's license and my potential new job is still on hold until this is settled. Do NOT do business with this office.
