I had horrible experience with Geico.they gave me hard time canceling my policy once I sold my car .now I'm having Esurance company I sold my second car again they give a refund  for geico they charge me more ....customer service on the phone so rude .

Use the phone, agents at this location were rude and really didnt seem to care about their job.  I called the telephone customer service and could believe how much better they were.  Went with Geico, but probably would not have if the only contact we had was this store.  This location is not doing anything good for the company's reputation

Informed Geico that I was switching insurance companies. They gave me a hard time about it and after three months decided to contact DMV to tell them that I have no insurance. Now as a result I have to take off of work, I lost very important wages for the day, and on top of that I showed up an hour early to DMV and I was not allowed in.  All of this and now I have to take off another day because Geico wanted to make me pay for not being insured by them anymore. I am very happy to tell everyone and anyone about my situation so they are forewarned before they experience the same thing.

Spanish lady was very rude over the phone!!! I calles geico main office, number provided online and lady was very nice explained everything in a good mood and said sorry
