The person that ran into me had Geico insurance. They were a complete hassle trying to get an estimate and a rental car.  To get an appointment with the adjuster took a week. They said a rental car would be waiting for me at enterprise.  I was at enterprise from 1:30 until 5:15 because the registration was “pending” in Geico system.  After several calls complaining and asking for them to override their system, I finally got me a vehicle. I am glad that I do not have Geico!

Recently tried to cancel a policy for my invalid father in law, prior to the new effective date. What a night mare. I set the policy on line, have all the information that should pass security only to be told by the national number that they could not cancel the policy. Called the local number, told them what I needed, got shuffled twice, left on hold for six minutes, only to be told the system was down for 2-4 hours. Duh, system is up to add why the problem to cancel? Still fighting the battle, will win eventually.

The representative I spoke with, Whitney, was efficient and pleasant to deal with.  The process took a matter of 10 minutes and I saved quite a bit of money in the process.  Highly recommend this company and happy to be a GEICO customer.
