I had called 5 times today to get emergency road side assurance and they kept telling me I did not have it.. I had called in April to add the coverage to my insurance before it expired and the representative said I was taken care of.. now that my car has broken.down they tell me there was nothing they could do.. very sad to leave a mother with four kids in a hot car to wait for a tow truck to come get us. Not my fault your employees cannot do their job the way they are suppose to.. very hurt

We've been with Geico for a couple of years. Our cars and home are insured through them. All of my experiences, and there have been many, have all been positive. I highly recommend this GEICO agent!

DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!! MORONIC A**HOLES! WORST EXPERIENCE YET! these people are just crooks and a**holes! They take money from you in any way possible, REFUSE TO LISTEN, TALK OVER YOU, ACT LIKE THEY ARE BETTER (YOU'RE INSURANCE SALESMEN... YOU ARE HATED BY EVERYONE) and WE PAY FOR YOU TO EAT B*TCHES! YOU TREAT ME WITH MORE RESPECT! This review is mainly to let Geico know that the idiots they have working for them and their online chat caused you to lose another prospective client. AAA all the way! Geico is a crooked company with rude dumb a**es working for them!

By far the worst experience I ever had, every time I call them they change their mind. Finally told me my damage will be covered under uninsured motorist so we proceeded forward. When I call them again they changed their mind once more for the 4th time and decided that it will be covered under collision which is a higher deductible. As a company you can't be doing that, this is not how you treat customers. This is the first time I have ever filed a claim in 24 years of driving and I have been with Geico for years. If you a Soldier stick with USAA, hell going with any other insurance company will better the Geico.
