I know of many people who have been represented by Gemma Law over the past number of years and I have heard nothing but great things about this law firm. They have gotten people I know great settlements and were great about servicing their clients. the insurance companies know they will file a law suit if they do not get a good settlement offer and this is very important. There is not a personal injury law firm I would more highly recommend than Gemma Law.

I highly recommend Gemma Law Associates. Thank you for all of your hard work settling the rear end collision. It was not an easy case but I’m happy with the service that was provided. This law firm met all my expectation and more....very knowledgeable, professional, and attentive!

The lawyer representing my wife was Peter Gemma - what a fantastic job he did! It was a very difficult case and the outcome was in her favor. The settlement was more than what we expected. Not only is Peter very professional, but he is patient and caring. He explained every step in the process, making the case less stressful for the both of us. If you are looking for a lawyer who will stand up for you and give you the proper council you deserve, you can't go wrong with Peter Gemma. It also helps to have a freindly and supportive staff - they were great!

Worst costumer service ever. Costumer/Client satisfaction should be number one.. Never answer phones call or to voicemails. They like to keep information from clients specially when it involves extra money. They advised me that I owed on my hospital radiology medical billls when that was a lie ..Worst firm in Rhode Island I am a Floridian and never had an issue so unprofessional before..  So I decided to hand my case over to Rob Levine. He has put more effort into my case..

After having a bad experience at another law firm, I really didn't expect the time and effort that Mark and Cheryl put into my case.  Everyone that I have come in contact with at Gemma Law Associates has been friendly and helpful.  I hope I don't need their expertise again - but if I do, I know I'm in good hands. My husband also worked with Gemma Law on a previous case and had a great experience as well. I most definitely recommend Gemma Law Associates. They will seriously work hard for you.
