This is one of my favorite store when i come to Memphis always find something new and its not to pricey!

No Customer service skills. Very rude and very argumentative.  I went to try to exchange a pair of pants that i had just bout two days prior and they were ripped in the back where your butt sits in the pants. I wasn't trying to get my money back , I was only trying to exchange them . Erica the sales rep was extremely rude , argumentative, and wouldn't allow me to get a word in. She wouldnt let me exchange pant because I didn't have receipt but I had my transaction from my bank statement which was basically proof that I made purchase. So I just spent $40 on something I can't even wear . Very bad business and I wouldn't recommend this cheap ass store to anyone . Y'all just lost a customer for life and if I could , I would give you zero stars !!
