I had been going to a regular dentist for my whole life. Being shuffled off to specialists around the Twin Cities whenever I needed anything other than what was basic dentistry. I am now a 65-year-old retired business person. I did not like being required to find different places and do a new set of paperwork each time I needed a root canal or whatever. When I was sent someplace else, and frankly, I had good reason to mistrust some of them. I was at the point in life where it was time for some serious updating of my teeth and smile. So after doing a ton of research and even calling Gendler Dental to just talk to them. What I found out was that they offered everything in-house that most anyone would need to be done. The most modern cavity filling techniques, implants, bridges, dentures, and patience. Still cautious because if it seems to good to be true it usually is right. The prices were reasonable the advice I received was honest and straightforward. The office functionality is excellent and very personable. My dental insurance billing is fairly complicated. None of my past dentists could ever figure out how to properly bill the insurance companies. So I either pad too much or my wife who knows about insurance first hand had to go in and show them how to do it properly. For the Gendler office staff, there was nothing to it. When I started to explain some of the complexities to them, I was pleasantly told not to worry because they had all that down, and they really did. Sigh, besides that when a small not mistake but unpredictable issue happened with one of my implants. They explained that I needed some extra work done in order to proceed as planned. When my wife checked how I was billed for the extra couple visits, we found that the work had been done at no charge. When the blame could have easily been put on me. I was the one who unconsciously bit into something I had been told to hold off on chewing for a while. Never a mention of it at Gendler until I double checked months later to make sure I was not going to be billed for something later. The end result is that for the first time in probably 35 years I have a solid set of nice looking teeth. All at a reasonable expense without doing all that running around. One more thing the entire staff there knew their stuff. No need to pick a favorite of mine to say clean my teeth it was all good. Busy place but I noticed that everyone was treated with the same professionalism and personalized care. No matter their color, age or handicap. Ya know something else, I never once felt that anyone there was patronizing me. They truly do care, it is a very special place.

Excellent service and very professional process. I needed emergency surgery and was assisted upon arrival. Best practices.

By far the best place I've been to! Service is great and neat, employees & Gandler truly work as a team and know how to put a fresh smile on your face! Plus they have entertainment and even Netflix now :O highly recommended
